Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Digital Services
Payments made for:

Online courses

Webinars, workshops, and training programs

E-books, notes, or downloadable study materials are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or the material has been delivered.
2. Event Registrations
Fees paid for event registrations (online or offline) are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

If the event is cancelled by ARCA.

If a cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date and approved by the organizing committee.
3. Duplicate Transactions
In the case of duplicate payment, users must notify us within 7 working days with proof of the transaction. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded after deduction of service charge and taxes to the original payment method.
4. Technical Issues
If access to a paid service is denied due to a technical error on our part, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be granted, subject to internal review.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
6. Legal Provisions

ARCA will honor genuine refund claims where there is a proven deficiency in service.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
